The number of these managers reporting hiring challenges increased 7 points from 2018. • 53% of younger gen hiring managers say talent scarcity and access to skills are their biggest hiring challenges. • Over half (51%) of Millennial and Gen Z managers find hiring to be stressful in their organization. These managers are 2x more likely to say hiring is more stressful than not within their organization. 5
